I haven't been walking as much as I would like to.
But the good thing is that I've lost 2 lbs! I stepped off the scale and then back on, half a dozen times. I ate horibbly over the weekend and have been slacking off on exercise, so I wasn't expecting a loss.

Diet Calendar Entries for 18 September 2008:

Don't be hard on yourself!!!!You don't need to lose the weight fast as long as you lose some it good enough :)Keep it up and cut some foods out like cheese it's evil.....I'm not eating cheese nomore :( starting today..I love you and keep it up don't stress out cause your not losing fast enough!

a 2-lb loss is GREAT! And don't stress yourself out about "not losing fast enough"...your body knows what it wants, and though its not fun waiting for the scale to move, doing slow and steady wins the race. You can do it...and bravo to you for trying to get healthy before your next pregnancy. That is AWESOME!
