Yesterdaa was crazy. I forgot my snacks and didn't get home until 4:00! I stopped at the grocery store and bought some pre-cut celery and some Laughing Cow reduced fat cheese and had that throughout the day. By the time I got home I was started! I ate a snack, dinner and dessert and took a Merida and some Tylenol for a pounding headache before I got back on the road for my evening appointment. I got home around 8:00 and while tempted, did not eat anything else for the rest of the evening which was a big feat since I was up until 1:30am!
I hopped on the scale this morning and was down a pound. Have you ever heard of the Carbohydrate Addict Diet? In that book they say if you eat all the "bad stuff" you want within an hour, you will still lose weight. Having scarffed-down my food so quickly and then seeing a 1-pound weight loss makes me wonder if they are onto something.
Anyway, I'm already behind today. It's 10:15 and I have eaten nothing and have a noon lunch meeting. I'm eating before I go.
