YAWNNNN!!!! ..GOOD MORNING EVERYONE...DAY 470......woke up before the alarm clock went off ..but just layed in bed ...just so tired today...slept 8 hours, but feel like i didnt get enough sleep..been pushin my exercise last 2 days cause i want to hit 285 so i can move on...but im just pooped today...so not gonna walk, might walk later today, but not this morning...gonna do my crunches, pushups, and the pilates...give my body the rest it needs..hate to do that in the middle of the week, but my body knows when it needs a break an ive learned to listen...so hope you all are havin a great hump day...catch you all later today!!!

When I saw yr book above, remembered I had The Step By Step Book. Been Broswing thru it, and had to laugh, It said if you are reading this,put it down and go for a walk. Im not up to going out today, get that way sometimes, so going turn off laptop till bout 8 pm and do jobs that need to be done
