Heading up north for the long holiday weekend tonight... it's going to be VERY difficult to maintain my recent progress towards my goal. Wish me luck, and ALL my BEST to everyone for a SAFE and FUN 4th of July Holiday!

Thanks for the well wishes! Live in metro Detroit, and have a 2nd home on a small lake 2.5 hours north of Detroit... My peaceful, home away from home... :) I won't step on the scale until morning, but feel like i did pretty well maintaining... Had FUN & Beautiful weather... now it's a week in Saltillo Mexico on biz... Prayers are needed for a SAFE flight THERE and HOME... :)
