Day 1 - 30 lbs in 3 months Challenge.
Adding in more resistance today. Planning to do my 37 minutes on the Trekker at a good incline (I love that machine!) and 25 minutes of resistance training with higher weights since the personal trainer suggested that. ... They also suggested increasing my calorie intake to 1600/day. I'll try that. But if my GERD comes back I am going back down to this eating plan. (GERD has almost disappeared at my 1200 to 1300 cal/day eating plan.
I won't be to my goal if I hit the 30 lbs, but with working out and eating right I envision a fantastic gain in fitness and smaller sized clothing (how I feel and look)!
