GOOOOOD MORNIN EVERYONE!!!! ...ahhhh how good it feels to say that...lol..day 466...yeap..guess i had enough sleep..here i am at 411am...an wide awake an ready to get this day started..gonna eat breakfast an then go walkin if rain isnt in the morning forcast..have decided to try doing 30-45 min walks, mabye 3 times a day to get my steps in...have to get a battery for pedometer it died when i took the pedometer off and is sittin here blinkin tellin me its in need of a new one...lol...have plans to go out to buddys house an split wood today, hopefully hes got his splitter fixed and ready to start on it...he was workin on it the other nite when i was at his house..todays plan is to eat breakfast, go for a morning walk hopefully, then come home an do crunches, and some kind of a weight routine...by then it will be time to head to his house..an spend half the day ther...workin up a great sweat, an burning off alot of calories...with the seasons changin, now is the time to start gettin his wood reserve took care of ...i hate doing it once it gets colder...been ther done that...lol..well...feels good to journal again in the mornings..and to get back on a regular schedule again...

MY MINI GOALS TO FOCUS ON DAILY!!!!

1. BELIEVE IN YOURSELF!!!!! I AM DOING THIS!!!! I AM FIRST!!!!!
2. VISUALIZE YOURSELF AT YOUR GOALS WEIGHT, IT WILL HELP YOU TO GET TO YOUR GOAL EASIER!!!!!
3. KEEP A POSITIVE ATTITUDE!!!!!
4. FORGIVE YOURSELF WHEN YOU MESS UP !!!!!
5. GET BACK ON TRACK AS QUICK AS POSSIBLE !!!!
6. I ONLY EAT WHEN I AM HUNGRY !!!
7. WHEN I AM HUNGRY I EAT ONLY PROTEIN !!!
8. WATER!!! ....NEVER ENOUGH WATER THIS TIME OF YEAR !!!!!
9. WHEN I HAVE A LOSS, NO MORE PRAISING MYSLF WITH FOOD !!!
10. TAKING DAYS OFF IS NECESSARY !!!!!! FOR RECOVERY!!!
11. I PUSH MY WORKOUTS WHEN IM TIRED CAUSE IT BURNS MORE CALORIES, BUT NOT SO MUCH I HURT MYSELF !!!!!
12. DOING HI-INTENSITY WORKOUTS BUILDS UP MY HEART MUSCLES SO THAT I CAN GET MORE OXYGEN IN MY BODY TO BURN OFF MORE CALORIES !!!!!

13. DO THE BEST YOU CAN DO EVERYDAY!!!!!!


yeap!!!! i still read these each and every day as well...you gotta keep a consistant routine in place to get to that mini goal...my next mini goal is gettin so very close again and im ready to hit it an move on again...hope you all enjoy your weekend and dont forget...believe in yourslf...you can do this!!!!


enjoyed my morning walk..was nice to be able to get a morning walk in...ike will be here tonight thru tomow...so all outside activity has been called off...lol..be in inside day tomow...

Love the mini goal list!! Words to live by!!! Have fun working up a sweat today.. I'm sweaty right now, as I just finished my workout, LOL. I'm off to hit the shower and attend a b-day party for my cousin, who is turning 9? LOL... I promise I won't touch the cake!! I think I'll eat BEFORE I go!!!! Good luck Mike!!! =)

LOL - no, awhile back we had a few things in common (lots of walking, same pedometer, I forget what else) so it was just a little joke. HE'S the Evil Twin (ET) and don't let him tell you any different!

THANK YOU! THANK YOU! THANK YOU for re-posting your mini goals today Mr. Fun. I remember reading this list back in July when I first registered for Fat Secret. These were very inspirational then and they have the same rejuvinating effect today. The two that HELP me the MOST today are the goal about EATING PROTEIN when I am hungry and the goal about PUSHING MYSELF DURING A WORKOUT! I needed to be reminded about those. Love and Respect for ya!

well when i tried to get ahold of friend to make sure we was still gonna get started on wood, he wasnt around...so instead i am doing dumbbell curls and gonna get on the floor an do a afternoon workout...gonna get a workout in one way or another...
