can you say brrrr...gooooooood mornin ...45 outside this morning...got all layered up an was gonna start out with a morning walk and do a morning bike ride when the sun put alittle heat out...but after walkin outside an seeing that it wasnt all that cool..i got on my bike an just did a short 45 min ride...5.83 miles...just a warm up route...hopefully get out again after lunch an do another ride...start doing 2 bike rides a day when possible...eventually will just have to do morning walks whether i want to or not...not looking forward to it...i have gotten really use to riding the bike and my butt has finally gotten caloused over and seems to have finally found a soft place on the seat...lol...decided yesterday to purchase some more protein mix...and start using that once again...more protein to help give me that much needed energy thru the day after my workouts...i really think i was tired the other day cause i was tryin to fight of my sinuses from gettin me down...but all of that is well again...an im up and movin again...70s later today...
