goooood eveining everyone..day 465.....just got my laptop bck..they couldnt find anything wrong with it...from the time i dropped it off till the time i picked it up...so told me to take it and try it ..if it acts up again, then its probly a windows problm...and a reformat is in store for it..hopefully it wont come to that...so well will just try it out for the time being and go from ther..have been faithfully doing my crunches, but not so faithful with pilates...but have been doing amorning walk for 30-45 min inside cause of the weather here..if its not rainin, then its lookin like it...so did yesterdays an todays inside...have plans if its not rainin tomow to help friend with splittin wood...its great to get my fs addiction online once again...hope you all are doing great....
