GOOOOD MORNING EVERYONE!!!...day 463..waking up to a much cooler morning today...50 outisde...like brrrrr...lol...i havnt really been payin attention to my next mini goal..been thinkin about hittin that 100 pound loss..an last night right before i went to bed i noticed im almost to my next mini goal...lol...i thought wow...imagine that...well another day of crunches, weights, and pilates are in store for my morning workout...then gotta do some errands...did look at the local thrift shop yesterday for exercise equipement an seen a recumbent bike, and a stepper, but i just didnt fall in love with either one...i really think im lookin for weights an a weight bench...so might go bck an ask if they have any of those in the back...keep thinkin i will find someone thats ready to get rid of theres...and i just wont have to pay all that much when im not really sure if thats what im lookin for...im hopin in 2 to 3 weeks, i can start walking again..gonna give my feet extra time to heal, they are just barely broke out, off the meds, but still using the cream on them...redness is gone..just little patches are left...and if not o well...i have a new routine that seems to be workin just as good or better...just miss my morning walks..and the morning air...im sure most of the walkers i use to see are seasonal walkers, and have found another way of gettin ther morning exercise...i have thought of a bike to ride instead of walking, but not really sure if i want to go that route or not...like i said i have been doing alot of thinking about it all...well need to eat breakfast and start gettin ready for my morning workout at 6am...try an keep on a schedule so i stay on track...

had a chocolate shake from mc dees last night first one i had in 7-8 months...it was mmmmmmmmm good....now to do my crunches an think just how good that shake was...lol...

I hope your feet finally heal enough so that you can get back to the walks. You always think about wonderful things while out walking and it seems like the step counting is a wonderful incentive for you.

IT IS COLDER in the mornings, huh?! you're doing so awesome! I'm sure even if you decided to ride the bike, you'll develop new muscles and continue to sweat...so all's good!
