Woo Hoo!!! Changed colors---am GREEN (amended to OLIVE)now!! This better stay olive and not revert back!! I'm gonna starve if I have to! (Don't worry--am not that crazy! LOL!)...But seriously, am gonna keep a tight vigil on holding on to this loss and going down further. This color has shown itself TWICE--for a coupla day-long quick glimpses and then dissappeared in the Siberia of upswings and plateaus! And since third-time's the charm, I'm hoping, praying, that it's only downward from here...!!

Ok, 30 mins. to my next class, and that's the last one of the day..the day's gone by surprisingly quickly. Yesterday my sleep cycle was completely thrown, and I tried to fall asleep by 12.30 am, but woke up at 2.30 (all those proteins are keeping me too wired and active at night!), and so 30 mins of putzing around later, I finally fell back to sleep and slept until 7.30, and woke up feeling refreshed. However, that didn't allow for workouts, but that's the first thing I plan to do as soon as I get back home tonight (hopefully by 6 pm right after my class ends at 5.15!!)...I wanna try and get a walk in as well...the day's been good so far (even took my multivitamins today after ages!), ate very well, and been drinking water...so a good exercise will round off the day very nicely. Can't WAIT to get on that treadmill!!

Update: 8.20pm
Worked out as promised about 6.30 pm. Did my c25k walk/run, back to day 1, week 1. Burned 247K (1.89m), and done mostly at 3.5 mph walk/4.8mph running, level 4, 8 runs. Did sweat a fair bit, but this is not that hard now..prbly ready for wk 2. Also did weights (Bicep curls 2 sets of 8 reps with 15 pds and 1 set of 20 reps with 10 pds). Was planning to go walking as well, but cooking dinner has taken longer than anticipated, so I might just walk to the local CVS and back for some milk (0.5 mile?).

Meals and points:
Bfast:
Kashi protein cereal with light soy milk (3) [used up my 20g of carbs right there!]
Lunch: MEatless chicken stir fry (3)
coffee with cream (1)
Pre-work out snack: 1 light laughin cow cheese (1), 8 almonds (1)
Post-workout: protein pwd (1) with light soy milk (0.5)
Dinner: Big salad with veggie burger (1), oil (1), ff feta (1),
& Meatless chicken stir fry (better than before!) (3)

late snack: almonds (1)

Total: 17.5
(and I'm full by dinner!! How the heck am I supposed to keep up to 22 pts??!)

P.S: Over the last two days, I've been feeling pretty energized, and can't sleep as much. I think it's the result of upping the protein, and lowering the carbs...I'm not gonna go lower in carbs than this, but I do need to get creative in spreading the pts and consuming more pts. otherwise I'm gonna stall again!

true dat, Ev! I think either I'm color SHADE-BLIND, or the color is a little ambigous---let's say it's OLIVE at present, and the final stage will be green...

According to "The Secret" you're already visuallizing that you're GREEN b/c it'll be GREEN before you know it! True dat, sistha!

LOL. I had to go investigate further... the yellow does have a tinge of green to it - kind of like yellow pea soup! So you weren't TOTALLY shade-blind ; D

And it depends on where ya look! If you look at the weight history chart, it shows clearly yellow. If look at your little icon in my buddy list, it shows pea soup yellow. Are they messing with our minds?

pea soup yellow! LMAO! wait, I'm going to talk about this exact example in my class in 10 mins. to elucidate how women describe their color-names (as an example of gender-related lexicon!) :)

LOL. Would it help you to know my mother calls that shade "goose s**t green"? But I refrained from calling it that a) for obvious reasons and b) because, after growing up with that image in my mind, I later learned what color goose s**t really is and it's not the same! OH, THE LIES OUR MOTHERS TELL US!

What about 'baby poop green'? You know the first BMs that newborns have...LOL. We're sullying Amee's prudish ears. SH_T, PO_P, BMs, dropping kiddies to the pool, loafs. Yipes,...now I'm even getting disgusted and I'm a nurse! I've seen all kinds, ladies.

Awesome girl! You'll stay green, just stay viligant like you said and you'll be on to the next color before you know it. Psst, what is the next color, I've been on salmon forever!

LMAO you guys!! I leave you alone for an hour and here you are discussing vile things!!!! P.S: I am NOT prudish!!!!!! LOL! Well, maybe about Sh_T and PO_P and other bodily functions!! Oh please don't get Julie started!! Heavens!!! Oh, and, thanks all for your enthusiasm about me exercising!! How exciting! Oh, and Kim, I think the next color is orange (ofcourse, that could be debatable, if you ask our resident color shade experts!!!)
