Well, since I got to my goal, I decided I wanted to go a little lower. Then I decided no. I was good with this weight. I'm wearing a size 8 which I haven't worn since grade 8 and it feels good. But now that I'm just trying to maintain, I can't stick to my meal plans at all. Well, that's not exactly true. I'm eating appropriate meals and meal sizes for the most part, but my snacking is off the charts! I need to get back on track so for the next week, or maybe a few, I'm going to log again. I'm up 2 pounds, and I am not okay with that! So I'm going to fix it!!
