Well sheee-it, fatsecret.com is exposing everything I eat, and it ain't pretty... A long time ago (1995), I lost 22 lbs, but ate whatever I wanted, though sensibly, up until 8 pm. Then I exercised daily, except for weekends. Weekends I could also splurge. Time to get back on the exercise bandwagon I think...
