What a fabulous Monday! I lost some weight over the weekend by eating right, working out and drinking my green tea. Todays workout was amazing. I did 35 minutes on the treadmill with running 1.2 minutes twice every ten minutes! That is huge for me! That is double what I have been doing. Also did my 100 crunches for the challenge and 30 minutes upper body strength workout. WOOT! Today is a great day!
