GOOOOOD MONDAY MORNING FS!!!!...DAY 461...had my 8 hours of sleep and ready to get this day started..gonna start out with my crunches, then do a weight routine of some kind, then...once i get warmed up and loose, then gonna start doing a pilates dvd workout that i have...trying to add to my morning workout...looked at different workout machines on internet yesterday, weights an weight benches...still giving it some thought..not really sure what im lookin for yet...to many to pick from, just like anything else you decide to buy...so have to give it some thought...in the meantime...thought doing pilates would add a new workout for me...went outside last night after supper...and decided since theres only a month left till the first frost hopefully...id help my tomatoe plants so i gave em a good trimmin...cut off any branches that wasnt producin ...or was flowering...by the time i got done...was less to cover the ones on the plants...so need to pick up the pile i made last night..and get that cleaned up today...have about 40-50 cherry tomatoes on plant still, but the cherry tomatoes hardly every get in the house, i usually eat them when i pick them...lol... and on romas 1 plant has 2 on it...other plant has like 20...and hopefully with them being a really light green, they are gettin close to turning red...learned alot this year from planting them...and have several new ideas to try next year to take better care of them and make it easier on me as well...the one plant i had was 8+ foot tall before it fell over and kept on growing all over the plant...had em staked up so that they didnt grow all over the lawn...and it worked out better then having to move them to cut around them...well enough for now...need to get breakfast started...so i can get my routine started....hope everyone had a great weekend and is ready to start a new week again...have a great day!!!!

Have a great workout - and let me know how you like the Pilates dvd. I have on I haven't tried yet. LOL aboutthe cherry tomatoes - I think I'd have that problem, too! Do you have any used equipment sellers where you are? We have one called "Play it Again Sports" and sometimes you can get a deal on good, used equipment. Love the quote!!

You'll enjoy the pilates - lots of good stretching...! How are the feet? Ready to get back to walking yet? I hear ya on the tomatoes....Mine are about done....Hopes you had a good weekend and here's to a terrific week ahead....! hugggies

Let me know how you like the pilates, I love it. Reminds me of the old Jane Fonda floor exercises and I was skinny with those (young too!) I'm about to get on the floor with some pilates right now. Have a wonderful day! Keep resting those feet.

my feet are better, but still broke out in small patches...probably have to call an make another doctors appoinment for tomow...or when i can get in...i just got my crunches done..did 20 min or 500...did a few pushups, can only do them to my knees, not enough upper body strength yet...and did some stretching while i was still on the floor..now im gettin ready to do a 30 min weight routine...then take a short water break, then will start my first day of pilates...lol..

hehehee...made it thru the warmup..18.32min...now im ready for a break...i can see its gonna be one of them do some today...and add on like anyother workout...

Nice to hear your insights on gardening. Hopefully next year I will have both a vegetable garden and a little landscaped patch to have a glass of wine and enjoy a bbq. Great job with the workouts!

QUESTION...anyone..do you do the pilates everyday, or do you do it every other day to allow for a day of rest between them...probly do it everyday..but thought id ask...im alittle stiff already...lol...just for doing the warmup part of the dvd...but its a good stiff...

Speaking of tomatoes - I decided to roast some tomatoes yesterday and then I mixed them into some fresh ground turkey and added some fresh basil and turkey seasoning -- quite a delicious turkey meatloaf -- I also added a little shredded asiago and parmesan cheese and melted it on a few slices - because everything is better with cheese! Have a great week Mike and keep up the great work!
