day 459..goooooood morning everyone!!!!...decided to sleep in today...no walking is planned..took the pedometer off and parked it for awhile...feet are lookin better again today, but have decided to give them a much needed rest...its hard to do cause i got to a point i enjoyed my morning walks..did situps yesterday morning, but then just took the rest of the day off...but today im gonna do my weights and more situps...went out into shop yesterday and cleaned it up some...it was in need of a good cleanin...and makin room for a stationary bike...and possible a weigh bench and barbell...not sure it will all fit...but im my mind it will...lol...tomow is saturday again and plans are to go to friends house an help him...called him last night and he said if the weather was good...we would find stuff to do...gettin cool enough that we could start on wood for his wood burner ...yes we got rain all day yesterday from the storm from down south...suppose to be clear today an tomw and then more comin in again..first of the week...hope your all doing ok....

Morning Mike!! Glad to see you are chipper as always, lol. Get your rest my friend... then you'll get back to all that walking. I know how you feel though, I enjoy walking as well.

Oh my gosh! I thought that last journal entry/weigh in was all you had for us today. I was temporarily worried about you till I saw this one too. Chopping season, what is that? No, I know, just have never experienced it, except on vacation, then I run home ASAP. I get lazy during the cold weather because I so have being cold, I tend to curl up with a blanket. Maybe this year I will warm up with exercise instead.....we'll see about that!

the choppin of the wood is one of them exercises that i just help my friend out with cause its a good workout...i use to work in a sawmill in my younger age..lol..and its how i lost alot of weight an toned up at the same time..yes it was hard work, but at the same time..it paid off in the end...and thats something that i miss, is the oppertunity to do hard work like that, but like most i cant do it on a regular basis like i could at one time...but when i can do it...i do enjoy the workout i get from it...im really hopin for some snow this winter...good workout, to keep me in shape thru the winter..and i hate winter, but thats all part of livin in the midwest...
