I've been following my "new diet" for 4 days now. it's been fine, however, today I felt the craving for something sweet. I didn't eat anything, nor I will, but I felt this urge to eat some chocolat or whatever else.

I hope ) stay on track, because I'm seeing some results already and I really want to achieve my goal! I've never seen 50 kg on my scale since I was around 15!

Have you tried having a bowl of Special K Chocolately Cereal? That is what I do when I have a sweet craving. The cereal is a good fiber source and has dark chocolate and it seems to fix my craving and it's good for me and low in calories.

I'm trying to leave all the sweets and cravings for when I feel more healthy. But thank you! I think that's a great idea!

Depending on if you like them or not I find that fresh dates can help with the sweet cravings. I find they are a great substitute for processed candy and they seem to help curb my cravings for the rest of the day! I don't eat them every day but I usually have 2 dates when I feel like a treat and they give you a good hit of sugar but it's all natural and they are pretty healthy for you (in moderation of course). Just a suggestion if you like them :)
