Well, today wasn't great...but it truly wasn't bad. I went over my RDI because I went to the gym and I needed to put some good protein in me, so I opted for pistachios afterwards and a hand full of almonds in route to the gym. So I don't. Know if I truly blew it since I put in a good workout. I guess we shall see.
