day 455....GOOOOOD MORNING EVERYONE!!!!..LOOK BETHRU!!!!...im up and movin already and the alarm clock didnt even wake me up, even though i had it set for 4am...lol....did 2 differnt workouts yesterday...did the crunches as i had planned, and had to rig a way of puttin the ankle weights on them to make more resistance...then later did some barbell curls...got several more steps in yesterday...1434...still nothin like im use to ...but more then in the past few days...all the redness is gone outta my feet...and im getting more ansy about gettin bck into the walkin routine...had thought about going for a short walk this morning, but i kno my short walks turn into long ones...lol...i just get to walkin an it feels so good..i keep addin blocks on...to make more steps...next thing i kno im around 10,000 steps..an still ready to go more..one of the drawbacks of having a pedometer...always tryin to do better...did some weedin yesterday around some of moms flowers...just hard to find things to do, when your use to being more active now...have been reading about beading last few days...had a necklace a friend had given me one christmas as a gift, and it had broken...so several days ago i decided it was time to put it bck together, and wear it again...when she gave it to me..she had used leather cording to hold the indian head stone on it...but i found some beads and strung them made like a chocker... ...was my first one i have done...simple one to begin with, but now id like to weave a design into a necklace...always thought the ones that the indians wore were sharp looking..im not indian, but always thought some of the necklaces they wore were awesome in the detail they had...well enough babblin while i wait on bethru to get up...lol...gonna go an read the email..and clean off the junk...catch you all later...have a great day...enjoy it...lol...

Cool necklace! You did a good job on it! I like the way you got out there and accomplished so much. Coming back after a week away I am very glad to see that you have made some good progress in healing. You're doing great!

Im up,Im up!! I slept until 6:30 this morning and it felt wonderful! I love the necklace. My sister is into beading big time and is now learning to make her own glass beads. There are a few good magazines that are available for tips and such if you really want some inspiration. They should be available at barns & noble, hobby lobby or michaels craft stores. What did the Dr ever say about your little relapse with the feet? Are you supposed to be on them? You should try some pilates ab work with a resistance band. I made my husband do it with me one evening and it was pretty funny:) If you do try it promise me you'll post a vidoe for us all!!

hhahahahahah... on the video...get real...doctor didnt really say anything this last time...did give me water pills to take and that seemed to help me heal faster...soon as im ready to walk i can...just thinkin id wait till later in the week, when meds are closer to being gone...i should be outta meds sat or sunday of this week...but thinkin about friday if not sooner i will be gettin my exercise started again...if not sooner...lol...
