day 453...GOOOOOD SATURDAY MORNING EVERYONE!!!!...welp...hope everyone is having a great weekend...my feet are lookin less red this morning..and since i caught it sooner this time, wont be loosin any skin on top of them like last time...they are blistered, and slightly swollen, but im guessing the water pills are helpin out ther...ive noticed that with takin the water pill i dont spend all my time in the bathroom like i did 2 years ago when i was on it..guess being in better shape, has something to do with that, even though i still drink 60 plus ounces of water a day..plans to help my friend today have been called off...with the weekend hes got family comin out to his place ...so going to have to find somethin else to do today...probly get on the floor an do a workout of some kind...really im in the mood to go walkin...but i kno thats outta the question for now...odd how once you get in the habit of exercising you miss it so much when you cant do it...well its almost 533am...and since theres no rush to get up an movin..might lay bck down for a few...just ate an took my meds...hope everyone is on stayin on track!!...catch you all later....

Wow!! Looking at your weight history is truly inspirational! Thank you for letting it be public. I just started FS myself and I hope to mimic your progress :) Congrats on what you have accomplished so far and what I KNOW you will continue to do!

Hang in there, ET, your health is more important than your step count! :) I know what you mean about missing it when you can't do it, but we want you around for a LONG, LONG time. So rest and take care of yourself!!!

I can tell that you are really trying - Mr. Fun! It would be so easy to just shuck it with the "feet problems" you have had. But you have not given up. I like watching you count steps and you remind me that movement makes us feel more alive. HOWEVER - REST IS IMPORTANT TOO! It's all about the balance!

Just checking in with my FS Buddy! I am right there with you on how weird it is now when I miss an opportunity to exercise - I also miss it! I NEVER thought that would ever happen to me -- I like to say I got "religion" about my exercise. Going to work out for about 30 minutes right now - Chris Freytag video then chase my lawn mower around the yard for an hour. I hope your feet are feeling better soon and you can resume your daily steps count in your journal -- you put me to shame young man!! Have a splendid weekend Mike!

Good for you for recognizing that you should take it easy. Getting rest when we need, even if we don't want it, is not easy. You are doing so great!! Keep up the awesome work!
