Despite it being a long holiday weekend and us going out to wineries and eating pizza and going to a fair and eating ice cream, I still managed to lose weight this week! That is because I am not letting these "cheats" spiral me out of control.
My husband and I go out to eat. We travel. We love wineries. It's what we do. So this time around I am trying to incorporate those things into my weightloss system. I figure if I am on program 100% when I can be, then the few meals that are not on program shouldn't kill my results. This week is proof that I CAN DO THIS.
A week ago I weighed 187.5 today I am 183.5 which is a FOUR lb. loss. I'll take it!
