gooooooood monday morning...wakin up to another day ..another workout...lol...back before i started riding my bike around town..walking use to be my main form of getting steps in..now i ride a bike an steps are no longer as important to me..its more about how many miles i ride...yesterday was a short 30 min ride...5 miles...just a workout since i hadnt done any in 2 days cause of all the rain...the plan this morning is to do 11 miles or more..will kno more as i start riding if today will be that many...weight is comin down again...so guess the water is workin its way back off...hopefully tomow i can show a loss...since most of my meals are salad i have more water in my system then calories and carbs...and although the scales arent showing the loss in numbers like i wish it could...it is showing in inches...an a loss is a loss way i look at it...need to cut grass either today or tomow...might wait till tomow just so it lasts longer..suppose to rain again thursday..but who knows...will be trading in the lawn mower for a rake one of these days..and then a rake will turn into a snow shovel...all great exercise...lol...well...need to get up an eat something and get ready for my morning bike ride...GET THIS DAY STARTED OUT RIGHT......have a great day..keep smilin...its contagious...

im back from a morning bike ride..10.15 mile in around hour an 10min...stopped couple of times just to take about a 20 second rest just to stretch and then back on bike an back to the workout...hate movin my workout time...streets are so much busier...and i hate that...not sure what i will do..might end up going bck to leaving at 6am...much less traffic at that time of morning...

Great going on the bike ride, loosin'. Keep doing it until it's absolutely too cold to go out. :)

thanks glenn...i plan on riding until the roads get to slick to ride...so hopefully that will be at least couple more months away...

Good morning Mike! Hope you're feeling better from the sinus thing you had going on...and great you're still at the walking and biking...! Hang in there...you're getting closer to the blue line...! Mine just stays out of reach...but I'm to blame for that! Now that I'm back online...I think I can change this trend...hugggggies and have a fabulous day!

thanks deb...yeah my blue line seems like its teasing me...so close an yet so far away...and all i want to do is get to it an reset it again...but just so hard to work it off like it once came off...
