Went and signed up at LA Fitness. I'm really excited about all the classes. I'm still going to take zumba, but they also have cycling, and kick boxing, and body works, which is a light dumbbell workout. I've written out a schedule. Going to do weights 3 times a week instead of two. On the weekends I'll be hiking or biking with Chris. So, I'm gonna bust my butt, and have fun bc I love all this stuff. Tomorrow morning, I'm meeting with a personal trainer at the gym. He's just gonna show me around and do an assessment.
I've been feeling really crappy physically today. I've been having a pinching pain in my left lower abdomen. I had no idea what it was. I was just about to take a muscle relaxer, and then I went to the bathroom to discover that aunt flow is early. Great. Whatever. I'm watching a movie. I'm going to allow myself a Skinny Girl cocktail and some dark chocolate. :)
