I've had a horrible week with eating. Mostly because we're on a very strict budget and have been eating meals that are filling, but not necessarily good for you. *sigh* Our situation can only get better from here...
I went walking a few times this week too. Of all weeks to start exercising and I gain 7.8 pounds! UGH! :(
Also, I think a lot of it is AF ... I feel so bloated! :( Maybe it's time for a water pill?
