GOOOOOOD MORNING EVERYONE!!!!...day 444...and im just wakin up and gettin ready to eat breakfast...feeling great again and gonna do my morning walk inside again today...still on the meds and also rain is in the forcast...felt great yesterday to get bck into my walking routine, then i came home and got on the floor and did a dumbbell workout...today will be the same, except will be a leg routine after the morning walk...and then after a short rest...or nap on the floor...lol...a visit to wally world to get the weekly supplies...not to sure what i will find to do this afternoon...if im not to tired by then...then i might do another walk inside...start building back up for next week when im able to get outside again....well need to get up an movin again...need to get breakfast over with and get that protein shake in me so i can head to the churchs gym and burn off them calories...
