I worked out after work yesterday, but I think working yesterday should have counted as exercise! I was literally running through the office, trying to beat the FedEx guy! I packed an 8 hour work day into 2 hours...of OT. So, today I feel really wrung out. My Dr. keeps saying for me not to work OT, but it's really hard to get my job done without it! I'm looking to hire a second assistant, so that will help a lot. I weighed this morning, and I'm down half a pound! I'm going to take the advice to eat a smaller dinner, using most of my points for breakfast and lunch. It makes sense, since that's when I'll be burning most of the calories anyways...
