GOOOOOOOOOOD MORNING!!!!!...day 443...just wakin up and feeling great!!!...well ive decided my feet are feelin so good that im gonna go to a gym inside an walk today...i gotta...im going stir crazy not bein able to get a walk in...i did 811 steps yesterday thats 2x more then i have been doing...so decided today is the first day of gettin bck into a walking routine...gonna take my ankle weights and use them today as well...good place to try them out, and find out just how they feel, or if i need to decrease the weight in them....feeling really good today...like its time to get started again...even got some good sleep last night...then another busy day today...they all are busy anymore...the days just wiz by, causing the weeks to go by just as fast...aug is past half way over an sept is just around the corner...fast summer this year...well need to get up an get breakfast in me...i want to get to the church gym by 730am so i can get started and have several things to do before that...so hope everyone has another greattttttttt day...catch you all later...

addon....just got a short walk in ..inside...only 48 min to get use to it all again...
