I expected this it is due to last weekend but at least I lost. This weekend is going to be another tough one but I will make the best of it and the choices I can. I hope that everybody has a great weekend and a super amazing week ahead

I also face a social weekend with dinners and parties, I think I'm going to come out with the truth which is I'm eating and drinking responsibly to control the blood sugar with a view to getting off glucophage.
