I'm doing well - 4 days in a row. Now I have to be strong for the weekend. I am dealing with a little stomach bug though and only did 20 minutes on the elliptical machine after work yesterday. I didn't feel good enough after my daughter's soccer practice last night to do the Jillian dvd, so I already skipped one of those workouts. I hope to be able to do it again tonight. I am really going to focus this weekend, especially with it being a three day weekend. It feels so good to eat healthier. Why do I forget that when I am mindlessly shoving M&Ms or Milk Duds in my mouth??

I'm with you... we need to be strong this weekend! I am going to drink a big glass of water before every meal this weekend to try to prevent myself from overeating. :)

weekends are sooooooooooo hard. they are the devil. you just have to get through it day by day. one overindulgence is not worth feeling like crap and failure on tuesday when the long weekend is over. Now, I have to say the same thing to myself. hope you are feeling better and stay strong this weekend- you can do it.
