yawn....goood morning everyone!!!!!!...day 441......one of them mornings where im walkin up wide awake and its only 233 am...i think its the meds and not walking thats messin up my sleepin time...all the dead skin has come off the top of my feet...and im feeling great...thinkin mabye today i might drive to a church thats about 2 blocks down the road an walk inside their gym and see how i do walking...since im not to be in direct sunlight cause of the meds...than thought mabye id walk inside for a week or so, kinda get bck into the habit again...take it slow and work back into it again...been so cool here in the mornings ..hard to believe its still aug...more like sept weather....i was so cool yesterday i had on sweat pants part of the day...naturally had to tie them up some...as they was kinda loose...lol...well...guess i will watch the olympics till its time for a normal person to get up an start moving around..lol..

addon...was gonna go to church for a start up walk, but since have decided not to go yet...feet are still kinda red..an thinkin i might be in to big a hurry ...dont want to be off any longer then i have to be, but dont want to make it worse either...so gonna take a few more days off till i run outta meds at least...and that wont be till saturday or so...seems like its been forever since i walked...so instead will get on the floor an do an upper body workout and then tomow on the floor an leg workouts...

cant believe that your up soo early i know its usually 4:30 or so but crikey!!! thanks for stopping by saying hi hope your feet feel good again soon and remember a little is better than nothing so do what you can till your back at full fitnes mate x

really pleased that you caught up on your sleep Mike... tis like gas in the tank. Fair play for having the patience to do the right thing and rest your feet till they are ready ... it will pay dividends in the end.... (btw - I loved you in that movie - As good as it gets!!) *s*

DANG! What's that about 'normal'?? Don't start cleaning up the streets around here and expecting NORMAL company to visit ya! I'm so far behind the normal crowd, that I think I'm AHEAD! Glad you're resting and feeling better Mike!

thanks everyone...guess i just miss walkin so bad, that i almost went walkin this morning, before my feet was ready...hopin by monday of next week i can get bck to my regular routine...
