Not a lot to report today. Got up early enough yesterday to get a work out in AND do my fatsecreting... not gonna happen today! I was planning on doing tae-bo yesterday, but my DVD player wasn't working, so I ended up finding a 20 minute workout show on our cable's ON DEMAND channel-- I actually found that they have all sorts of exercise shows on there which are free, so I may continue using those when I'm at home... It will help to have some variety.

Did better with food yesterday, although still struggling a bit. Went to Taco Bell for lunch-- that's where I'm making my biggest mistakes. Should be ordering Fresco, or salads, but I'm not! I think I will take some of my own food today, especially snacks.

I have a long day ahead of me
. First, it's about an hour drive to the store that I'm going to. Then, I will spend ALL DAY out there as I have to do an evaluation on them. Finally, it will be another hour back home.... Yuck!! Hubby has had a crazy week as well. He thought he was going to be home at a decent time on Monday, then he got sent on a job up north a couple of hours which ended up taking much longer than anyone thought, so he stayed the night, worked on it some more on Tuesday, and still didn't get home until like 9 Tuesday night. Yesterday, he didn't get home until 9:30, and had to be up at 3 this morning to be back to work by 4--- and he doesn't think he'll be home until about 9 or 10 tonight! The hours suck, but he gets overtime, and with the kids getting ready to go back to school and trying to pay off bills to improve our credit, he's willing to do it!

I need to eat some breakfast, drink a big glass of water, get some laundry done, change the sheets on my bed, do a little housework, finish getting ready for work, and get headed out, hopefully all within the next hour, so I better get going! Have a great Thursday-- It's almost FRIDAY!!

Congrats for being so resourceful! Most people would have said, well..the DVD is broken...so thats that, but instead you found an alternate way to get your exercise in! What does hubby do for work again? Those are some crazy long hours! Good luck with your long work day today!

Cheeks... My husband is a truck driver, but he works for a vacuum pump company... It's a little hard to explain, but he basically drives a big truck that looks a little like a tanker, except it has vacuum type hoses attached, and they go to whatever place needs something liquidy sucked up... Anything from mud to emptying the big tanks which hold the wonderful belongings from port-a-potties.... Yes, the hours are long, and he sometimes does not smell very good when he gets home, but he's getting paid a fairly good hourly wage, so the overtime is really nice!

lol You sound bought as busy as me!! Great on finding another way to get a work out in! Packing up them snacks and food definitely makes a huge difference in the calories and nutritional value. Be safe and have a great day! :)

OH-- I forgot to mention-- today is my younger sister's 35th birthday!! She took her 3 kids (2 4.5 year olds, and a 13 yr old) to Pennsylvania to visit a friend and they are going to go to New York as well-- I think she chose a great way to spend her birthday! My brother will be 31 tomorrow, then my baby sister will be 30 in November.... It's crazy to know we are all in our 30's now!

I have just discovered the on demand option for exercising too!! I love the Leslie Sansone walking videos and there is a whole section on walking and they are all Leslie Sansone. You should check it out. I love it for the days I can't make it to Curves. They really work your butt and your legs and tummy!!! I love love love them!! My DVD player is not working in the living room either. I am talking to hubby today about why we are keeping it and discuss the purchase of a new one!! Keep up the great work!
