I switched to cutting out grains on the belly fat cure. Hoping that will do the trick.

My biggest challenge is not the food....it is the exercise. I KNOW that is what I need to do to fix the weight AND diabetes. I just don't seem to have the "E" gene!!!!

I have been using EFT to help control my emotional eating issues and it really works. What a wonderful program that is.
244.6 lb Lost so far: 13.4 lb.    Still to go: 114.6 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

Hi Lainey25's- I am an emotional eater and just plain to lazy to cook. I was wondering is the EFT you mentioned is also known as "tapping"? I need to plan my day's food better and cut out the sugar. I do love to exercise though, it helps me to get centered and I feel so good after.
