So my goal is to get my heart rate down so that I can run for longer periods.
My starting heartrate (after walking upstairs to the treadmills) was 100 bpm
after walking 5 minutes at 3.5 mph my heart rate was 125bpm
ran at 5.2mph for 1.5 minutes heart rate increased to 167bpm
decreased to 140 in 3 minutes walking at 3.5.
ran another 1.5 minute heartrate increased to 172
decreased to 140 again
ran another 1 minutes heartrate increased to 180
walked 4.2 heart rate 155
ran last 1.5 minutes of 35 minute cycle and heart rate 185.

I would like my heart rate to stay about 165 during running!
