yeeeah I'm not doing very good at all. Still haven't gave up drinking or the BF.

I every Monday I regret my weekend decisions and swear I'm getting back on track...but by the time the weekend comes around again all my will power is gone.

I'm gaining more and more and I'm unhappy every Monday...but when will I snap out of it? Hopefully very soon :(

Prayers appreciated because honestly I need a stronger will and determination to do this and I doubt myself so much and feel like such a failure

Okay - I KNOW where you are and have been there many times. Currently pulling myself back out of that hole. Not sure if this will work for you, but planning for me is key. I went back to some old food diaries (this time last year) and pulled out what I ate. Printed it out and instantly had a menu plan that I didn't have to think about and that I knew worked. Having that there helps me tremendously...the plan is in place. I do get what you are saying and have prayed for that something to "click" in me so I can get my ass back in gear and back on track. Baby steps. You can do this. We can do this! We have been successful and know what works for our bodies. Saying a prayer for you. You GOT this!

Lord, please help Sharon to be her BEST SELF. I know she has within her the determination, perseverance, and stick-to-it-iveness to accomplish all that her heart desires (because she's done it before!) Help her to draw on those inner reserves to find the strength she needs to get started and to "just do the next right thing." Love you, little sister!

thanks guys :). Jaime - you're confirming something I just did last week and reminding me to do it again...literally going back to my old meals and eating just that until I snap out of this depression. Thank you!!

I agree with Moopie - you have achieved quite a bit and it may be just a stall. Small tweaks may help.

I know you know this, but it’s all about cutting the alcohol. Alcohol makes you myopic which means you’ll only care about what’s in front of you and not the outcomes (Monday feelings). Here’s to you!

You don't have to climb every single mountain at once. You have clearly identified the things that are in your way, and that's not failure, that's the first step towards success. Do what you did before - look at those things and instead of them, choose you. Even if you can't do it all at once, do one thing towards that goal. Even if you struggle against cutting back, you're still struggling, and struggling is fighting. Keep being a fighter and you're never a failure. Remember that. You're so far ahead of where you started. Your feet will find the path again. I'll say a little prayer for you right now. You've got this, girl.

What do you plan to do differently this time so you don't keep repeating the same behavior and posts? I think that's what you need to ask yourself. What made you stick with it the first time around that you aren't doing this time? I have no advice- just giving you food for thought maybe. Take it or leave it. 🤷🏻‍♀️

I am hanging in there...I do miss certain foods...like I think a Mexican meal is the meal I miss the most and coffee with creamer. Anyways...I am doing well, have lost weight and my sugar levels are down, to almost normal. Lastest readings are 109, 113, 119, 121 so I am pleased with that.

Can you help me understand how you 12 grams of fat in spaghetti squash? Help me, help you, help me. And, you bought a great bike. If you've been using it...fantastic. So, the fat in the squash is from?!??!?!?!

Power of prayer is awesome! If you beat the bottle, you'll beat one of "your" biggest reasons to drink. Just gotta figure out your reasons for drinking. Took me forever, but so worth it! Will be praying!❤

Don't worry Sharon, I had long term problem with sugar addict and just managed to give it up last December, you are strong enough to make it. Take it easy and all the best :)
