Today was one of "those" days in my life. You know ... you keep on being hungry no matter how much you eat!! The cravings do not stop ... then you give in and immediately you know you over indulged!
Then ... comes the remorse .... you realise your diet for the day is up in ashes and you can now just as well carry on eating and start afresh tomorrow morning!
Just been a bad day and been a bit difficult to adjust after the festive season!

The more junk we eat the more the cravings. eat a proper breakfast. omelette or eggs, bacon, fried tomato, fried onions. use healthy fat like coconut oil or butter. That keeps me satisfied for the day. dinner is a half a plate Greek salad with chicken or fish which I can hardly finish.

I'm struggling to adjust to the all healthy regime, I might try the Craving buster from Slender to get me through this adjustment. I find days when I'm distracted (work) better than leisure days which is why I'm a bit nervous going into the weekend. Good luck

Craving buster realy works. Its clucomannen. It is pure Konjac plant material. Take 2 an hour before you eat and you would struggel to finish the plate. Feeling satisfied for much longer because the solible fiber expands slowly and is excellent for cut bacteria.
