gooooooood morning...wakin up to the 70s this morning...suppose to rain later this afternoon...we could use it..kept busy yesterday with my 8 plus mile ride in the morning around town and then did 2 x 30 min on the stationary bike...was hard to get the workouts on the stationary bike..just didnt want to go out an ride to no where...but to warm to go for any bike rides around town that late in the day...getting ready to do my morning bike ride an then not sure what will be on my schedule...but gonna try an do 2x30 min on stationary bike again today...get back into the habit an hopefully that will make doing longer bike rides in the morning easier...well..need to go an get ready...didnt want to get up again this morning...but i did...lol..have a greatttttttt day...
