Been very busy lately so sorry for no updates. I'll try to go over my inbox ASAP I'm just been working longer than usual lately.
I have managed to get a steady gym routine (mostly), go Mon, Tue, Thu and Fri to run for 1 hour and 30 minutes on machines (no more no less) - been trying to stick to that as much as possible but being sick for 3 days this week with a fever didn't help....although altogether not having an appetite seemed to help, just not very healthy way to lose weight.

Still to go: 19.0 lb.
Diet followed reasonably well.
