haven't weighed myself in a while...honestly dont want to though. Sadly to say it, I have stumbled once again but this time I dont want to start over again. I am now making it my main priority to listen to my body, eat what makes me feel good,not treat exercise as a chore, and to treat myself when I have truly earned it. 😌 in it for the long run. #noexcuses #patienceiskey
