OK, I am officially dropping my idea about eating 1000 calories a day. It is not working: by evening I am so hungry....Last night I ate not one bowl of ice cream, but 1 1/2 servings! I still stayed within my calories, but I end up eating the wrong things. I don't want to do that: it would have been better for me to have eaten a protein bar or something.

Diet Calendar Entries for 28 August 2010:

I'm with you. 1000 calories just isn't enough to get me through the day. I do best with trying for 1200.

oh i know I couldn't only eat 1000 calories. I'm glad you decided to up that. On p90x I don't think you would have enough energy to get through the workouts. I am in phase 1,leval 1 and i try to stay under the 1800 it recommends.
