goooooood morning eveyrone...the plan yesterday was to take the day off from exercise an detox...might as well worked out an ate like a pig..everything looked good that i stuck in my mouth...so back at it today working out an eating healthier...weight is up some but i did have some pretzels yesterday something i dont normally have, and a small bag of popcorn as well...guess i was craving salt...so back at the ole grind today and back on track once again...much cooler here this morning ...in the upper 50s...so might be puttin on sweats this morning to do my mornng bike ride...hate this time of year when your not sure how to dress when you are getting ready to head out for an hour of outside exercise...you hate to wear to much and yet you need to dress warm enough to stay warm....well guess i need to get up an moving...even though the thought of layin back down does sound liek a greatttttt idea...lol...have a greatttttttt day...
