Here we are, at 2020. I know I say it every year, but this year I really want to get in shape. It isn't about being skinny, because I think that's out of reach for me - but I'd like to feel healthy. I'm 37, I'm too young to be in pain all the time and have cholesterol problems etc.
So here we go. I'm not following any one plan, just trying to eat intuitively while cutting back on carbs, dairy, and sweets. Mostly this week I've stuck to eating vegetables and protein, and I feel a little better. Of course, I've snuck the occasional piece of chocolate or after-work cocktail in, but life is short and everything in moderation, right?
Anyhoo, here goes nothing.
