o.k. I was really BAD this weekend. I did a lot of painting but for some reason we ate a LOT of icecream this weekend. Guess cause it was 103 outside and we were painting but I feel it today. I am really tired and needing a boost. Hopefully I will do better today.

The weekend has passed...and Monday is a new start! Don't be hard on yourself...you did a lot of exercise with painting...thats hard work! As for the ice cream...Not sure what you ate, or have in your freezer...but I had to get rid of all the high point stuff...and I have ours stocked with Skinny Cow Ice Cream Sandwiches, and the WW Giant Fudge Bars (and Latte bars for hubby). Thats why I love WW's...because you can eat what you want...just so long as it stays within your range. Its all about the choices we make :) You can do this...you have been doing this...You have lost 19 pounds so far! =) =)

Yeah, I had a bad weekend and whole week too!!! Even had cotton candy ice cream myself... it was naughty, but soooo goooood. Don't worry to much about it, just get back on the wagon today!! You can do it!!!!!!!!!!

Thanks for the comments ladies!!! yeah I did a lot with painting. My husband and I would take turns painting this huge room and it was sooooo hot outside. But I agree, it's a new week :) One thing though, I do great during the day while I am at work, but when I get home, it's a different story. I end up going over my points at night. any suggestions?
