Ok so the scale and tape measure were good to me yesterday! But I showed the trainer my food diary and he told me "I DO NOT LIKE THIS" I asked why so he told me that I was not eating near enough food! Well I ate until I was full and was not hungry, he told me I had to eat 1500-1800 calories a day otherwise I would be burning up muscle and not fat. he suggested 20-25% protein a day, 55-60% Carbs a day and 10-15% fat per day. So I will be eating more this next month and see where that takes me. My new measurements: neck 14.5 now 14.5 chest 42.5 now 41.5 shoulders 42.5 now 41.75 waist 37.25 now 35.5 hips 48 now 45.5 R bicep 13 now 12.75 L bicep 12.75 now 12 R thigh 25 now 25 L thigh 25.25 now 25 R calf 17.5 now 17.25 L calf 17 now 17
