goooooooood sunday morning everyone...did decent on my detox yesterday...an this morning the scales are finally back down...to my original weight...todays plan is to cut the carb intake as much as possible..an to try an get more weight off before i weigh in tomow or tuesday...its showing weigh in today and i might go ahead an weigh in...but i kno another loss is close...im sure alot of my weight was water, as i have been tryin to keep better tabs on salt ..i watched my weight yesterday as i drank water to flush out my system...it went from 305. all the way up to 311...an then when i quit drinkin water at 2pm along with any kind of eating...i started watching the weight come back down...thats a 6 pound loss just in water...i had planned on doing another detox today...but ive already had a mix of tuna an egg for breakfast...figured today would just be a low carb day...try an get a handle back on the carb situation once again...and get them lower still have along road to go and everyday its a tweak here an a tweak there to get the most out of what you eat and how you exercise to keep the body guessing...
