Well Happy Friday to us all!!! Had to take my mom to some appointments rearly this am, had a bigger breakfast than normal, so...have to have a really lite lunch today. Trying to keep fat grams under 40 a day.

Again I am behind on my water- but getting ready to start chugging now.

Then more appointments...off to take my daughter to the dentist..I think I am actually missing being at work today!!
