gooooood morning everyone!!!...day 417...i heard it raining early before i got outta bed..not sure how that will affect my walking yet..but plannin on gettin in my morning walks...have decided to do 2 walks thru the day and possible more once i get use to the walking...i was wore out yesterday after doing them within 45 minutes of each other...and didnt really do anymore moving then i had to ...but feeling great today...here is a link 84k challange ...its for the 84k challange and to show you that there are some people walkin circles around me...im amazed at how many steps they have....for anyone thats needing motivation, or anyone thats not in a challange on fs, there are groups listed on the site that you can join, i even seen one on there for people that use treadmills...or it also goes by the state you live in...i dont kno how old the site is...but one i think is pretty cool...something i noticed yesterday when i did my 2 walks, i enjoyed gettin outta the gym to do my workouts...was nice to do it outside...only problem with doing workouts outta the gym, if you get tired...tuff....cant just walk out an get in suv and head home...lol...and the thing about doing the 2 walks yesterday...i wanted to do another one yesterday afternoon, but it was lookin like rain ...but all we got yesterday was a light sprinkle off an on...have decided to move my walkin back to 6am...get in a habit of going then...ive run across a baby skunk 2 different mornings, and i think it would be better if it was daylight out so i could see better ...lol...dont need a cologne on that no one wants to be around me....well need to get up an get some breakfast in me...and my yogart protein shake mix...give it all time to settle an see what the weather is gonna do....so....hope you all have a great friday!!!!

addon.....first walk in...7991 in steps so far...68 min...dont understand how i can walk same amount of time..same distance an come up with about 300 more steps...less its cause its friday and my feet an legs are more tired after so many steps this week...gonna do another walk after i take a break...just did my last walk...added a few more blocks on...im up to 16247 in steps for the day so far...and its only 914am....keep on steppin...catch you all later...

3. KEEP A POSITIVE ATTITUDE!!!!!
4. VISUALIZE YOURSELF AT YOUR GOALS WEIGHT, IT WILL HELP YOU TO GET TO YOUR GOAL EASIER!!!!!
5. I AM FIRST!!!!!
6. FORGIVE YOURSELF WHEN YOU MESS UP !!!!!
7. GET BACK ON TRACK AS QUICK AS POSSIBLE !!!!
8. I ONLY EAT WHEN I AM HUNGRY !!!
9. WATER!!! ....NEVER ENOUGH WATER THIS TIME OF YEAR !!!!!
10. WHEN I HAVE A LOSS, NO MORE PRAISING MYSLF WITH FOOD !!!
11. TAKING DAYS OFF IS NECESSARY !!!!!! FOR RECOVERY!!!
12. I PUSH MY WORKOUTS WHEN IM TIRED CAUSE IT BURNS MORE CALORIES, BUT NOT SO MUCH I HURT MYSELF !!!!!
13. DOING HI-INTENSITY WORKOUTS BUILDS UP MY HEART MUSCLES SO THAT I CAN GET MORE OXYGEN IN MY BODY TO BURN OFF MORE CALORIES !!!!!

14. DO THE BEST YOU CAN DO EVERYDAY!!!!!!
