made it to the gym, AGAIN!! after a day of trying to talk myself out of it LOL i'm really proud of myself!
Tonight is a night off, and i need it. My body is soooo sore! I'm a little nervous about tomorrows weigh in, with my body still a little swollen from my sunburns, plus my period, plus water retention from the strength training... i may have to enter a gain. I already havent weighed in in 2 weeks. Well see, i may just leave it as 'steady'.
Well today is pay day, so I'm off to pay bills!! yipee
