A photo taken at Easter kindly reminded me that I need to start doing something to get in shape. It is not the weight that bothers me as much as the complete loss of muscle tone. The good thing is that my boyfriend is feeling the same finally. Hopefully this will mean he will stop bringing home McDonald's at 10 p.m. with extra food to "share". Darn sundaes are hard to resist.
