I feel so blessed to have found others on this site who are turning to their natural hunger cues for eating. Way to go girlies!!!! This approach can be really hard at times (like when I want to eat ice cream with my kids, but I'm not hungry) But it is also more satisfying (I get to eat whatever I desire as long as I am hungry). It feels so wonderful to not obsess about food anymore. I will admit I fall off the wagon, but it's so easy to get back on. I just wait until the next time I am hungry and start all over again. My weight fluctuates, but I am okay with that also. I have let go of being a perfect number on a scale. It is more about a daily, if not moment by moment, effort to accept my body as it is right now. Kudos to all of you who are working so hard. Dieting or not dieting. You have to choose what works best for you. Blessings..

Thanks so much for your support!! Remember, It's not always about a number! I've learned that weight can most definitely come from muscle mass! So when you're near or close to your goal weight it may seem difficult because it's hard to distinguish between muscle weight and fat weight lol. I'd much rather focus on dress/pant size :-D.
