Ate out last night and had a very large meal. As a result I weight 1.5 pounds more this morning than yesterday morning. According to my FitBit I actually burned 700 calories more than I consumed yesterday as I spent the entire day doing yard work. I do the cooking in our house so I told my wife I was too tired to cook supper after working all day and took her out to dinner. I would expect my weight to be back down to what it was yesterday by tomorrow morning.
155.2 lb Lost so far: 49.8 lb.    Still to go: 13.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
