Alright, got that pesky pound to finally let go! Today will be challenging for me. I am baking a very large, beautiful, decorated Easter cake to take to Mother-in-Law's house. tomorrow. I am NOT gonna mess with any of the fixin's or the cake itself. I know I can do it.
